HWV SHORTS: Baja Nights Shorts

We went back to the drawing board on these shorts, making sure they were feature-packed and ready for those beach days that turn into backyard beers, quick dips becoming all-day wear, or sitting in a kiddie pool somewhere because it’s 30 degrees out.

Designed from the ground up as a true hybrid short and a completely new fit, these feature a durable high-strength outer shell paired with 4-way stretch construction for unrestricted movement in and out of the water. The redesigned waistband delivers improved comfort for all-day wear, while quick-dry materials keep things light once the sun turns the heat up. Additional features include a hidden side zip pocket sized for most smartphones, a rear button pocket, and a 19” outseam for a clean at-the-knee fit.

The shorts are so good that you’ll forget you’re wearing them, until your calves are sunburned and you’re banished to be inside for the rest of the summer.

Blake Wilkey is 5'9" and wears a size 32 for a regular fit. For a more relaxed fit, size up one size.
