At Heat Wave Visual, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your eyewear in its original protective case.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
